We spend so much time trying to figure out who or what we want to become.
 
But that's not what it's about.
 
We don't need to become anything.
 
Maybe it's not about finding ourselves — but about letting go, little by little, of everything we believe we have to be.
 
The expectations.
The roles.
The stories.
 
Everything we have taken on in order to belong.
To be loved.
To be enough.
 
And when all of that becomes quieter, something remains that was never gone.
 
Our true essence.
 
WHO AM I therefore doesn't begin with searching for an answer.
 
It begins with letting go of everything we are not.
 
You don't find yourself.
You uncover yourself.
